![]() | Hi, krrgolf. 1 cup of fluid is equal to 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. |
![]() | I am trying to find the weight or fluid equivalent of 1 cup which appears in many menus? What is it? |
![]() | Hi krrgolf, Listening to our customers is the best way to improve what we’re doing. So, we would like to know exactly which foods you would like to see added to the Menu Planner and which foods are causing confusion. Your thought definitely counts! Additionally, here’s a link with a list of stores that carry many of them. With some, you can shop online if they’re not located anywhere in your area. I hope this information helps. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. |

![]() | SWG means sprouted wholegrain.Hovis granary bread is the one that has this and tasty too.You can also get rye bread at tesco bakery but not as tasty.Hope this helps. |
![]() | I don’t know why you have all piled in to my post re UK foods but as a newbie I can relate to your concerns regarding the payments. The initial one is ok and then they take you to ‘special offers’ which if you say yes will cost the smaller amounts. The option to say No is badly worded as it says you would rather pay the full price. If you answer Yes money is taken. We elected to have the anneal one, the second one which was £39 for the menus and then the third one was the anti ageing menus which was £17. We said No to the last one which was not taken. We have paid for what we asked for. Does anyone know the answer to my my original question regarding UK food? |

![]() | Did you onlyb have one transaction taken payment from your bank account I had 3 at consecutive payments from mine and do you think I can find out why |
![]() | Most of the menu items and foods are USA type foods which are not either available in UK or are described differently. Is there a UK food version (or translation!) e.g. what is SWG Bread? |
