Hi, Bablo. It depends what is in the soup and how much you have of it. If it is a hearty soup with vegetables and protein (and perhaps some starchy carbohydrates) then yes. Whatever works for you.

Can I have soup for lunch instead of the meal the menu planner gives me

Hi, sannette 166. The almond flour is actually just an ingredient – I have contacted tech support regarding the fact that it has appeared as is in your menu. The intention is for you to use regular almonds.

With regard to the other items, you can find those items in health-oriented shops. See the “Australia” section of our global shopping list here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/shopping-links-for-healthy-foods/.

Do you not drink dairy milk or all milk? If dairy is an issue, note that there are several non-dairy milks in the menu planner. If just liquid milk is an issue, there are many other dairy products there. There are definitely many alternatives to cereal, such as the bread you found.
Can you explain what you mean by “not what I though it was”?

i don’t drink milk so what is an alternative, i find the menus are really hard as i don’t eat cereal, and have changed to soy & linseed bread, which is ok, it is not what i thought it was any suggestions

I just started 2 days ago and I am a little nervous because it seems like a lot of food and I am afraid that I will gain weight. I don’t know how many calories I’m eating. I have submitted my weight and height and stated I wanted to lose weight but it doesn’t give me an option to state how much I want to lose. How can I be sure?

Yogurt is a great breakfast food.

I wanted to post a suggestion for those of you wanting a cost efficient way to obtain the SWG bread.

Buy a breadmaker ($70-$160 and up) and here is 10lbs of the flour to make the bread at home: http://www.amazon.com/10lb-Whole-Organic-Sprouted-Flour/dp/B004GP068Q/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1357260550&sr=8-2&keywords=sprouted+whole+wheat+flour . It’s about $30 but how many loafs can that make? I bet a lot. Breadmakers are easy to use, just dump in the ingrediants and Viola! Fresh bread a few hours later. You can even add nuts, seeds, fruit, veggies, whatever you like during the “kneading” process (the machine kneads the bread for you as well, just open and dump in whatever you want [dry or semi-dry fruit/veg will probably work better]). I hope that helps some of you!

Is yogurt still alright to eat in the morning. This is the only food I like to eat before 10am.

Hi, RobinB – yes to all your questions 🙂

Hi, Dawnrosie. Marmite is generally fine, but do be aware that it has a lot of sodium, so too much use might cause bloating.

Hi, Elranah. Most of the recipes and many of the food choices in the Menu Planner are free of the allergens you listed. Is there something specific that caught your eye that you want to use but cannot?

Hi, I’m new and have a few questions. If I find a menu that works well and I enjoy can I use it more than one day during the week? Also, if I have a favorite breakfast can I follow that with any of the menus? Are they interchangeable of does that change the effectiveness of that day’s menu.
Thanks

am I still allowed my Marmite? I usually have 2 big teaspoons per day. I have this as a drink with 1/2 pt hot water and pepper?
