![]() | Hi, mona09. I’m not sure I have the most updated link, so I have forwarded your query to tech support. Someone will get back to you soon. |
![]() | Hi Sharon |
![]() | Hi, Mona09. Yes! You’re all set. |
![]() | Hi Sharon |
![]() | Morning Sharron FYI…The error message for adding meal is still there. |
![]() | Hi, Mona09. Sorry I missed your last message about the error – I have forwarded your note to tech support. Someone will get back to you soon. |
![]() | Hi, Mona09. The degree of variety, etc. is totally up to you. When you select what works for you – leaving the “Dietary Needs” blank – just click on the plus sign in the menu area to generate a new menu. That one will be low-carbohydrate but non-keto. |
![]() | Hi Sharon |
![]() | Ok, I changed it to nothing. Is my menu plan going to change? And which one I should select in do I change the plan on my profile to low carb? I was looking at my profile and saw Menu Planner Variety and Menu Recipe? Which bowl and book I should select? |
![]() | Hi, Mona09. In the lower right corner, just be sure nothing is checked in “Dietary Needs” – the default route is low-carb. |
![]() | Thank you |
![]() | Thank you |
![]() | Hi, Mona09. I prefer the low-carbohydrate because it has a broader spectrum of nutrients, and is easier to stick with. |
![]() | Thank you Sharon |
![]() | Hi, Mona. Yes, that’s how the calculations are made. Our keto program has three meals and a snack, whereas our regular low-carbohydrate route has three meals plus three snacks. |
