Hi, Petrehalsey. You can make your own (here is our recipe, which you can make without nuts: https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/fruit-nut-cereal-bars/), or you can buy those from small companies that don’t add excessive amounts of sugar, such as Libre Naturals (https://www.librenaturals.com/collections/granola-bars), 88 Acres (https://88acres.com/collections/granola-bar-boxes), Avalanche (https://avalanchebars.com/our-bars), Made Good (https://www.madegoodfoods.com/collections/granola-bars).

My plan calls for granola bar that’s pretty wide open. I know most granola bars are loaded w sugar and fat. Any guidance? I also have a tree nut allergy.
Thank you

Hi, Anitaarbo. It is a lot of food because we want you to be well-nourished and not hungry. Regarding the dinner you described, I’m not seeing it in your current menu – was it in a previous menu or something you swapped? In any event, the total amounts of carbohydrates are carefully controlled so as to not exceed 45 grams in one meal, or 45% of total calories in the day. No worries.

Hi all! My
Menus seem like a lot of food! I asked for a low sugar menopause eating plan and I’m not sure that’s what I got. For example one of my dinner has me eating potato salad ( recipe) and brown rice together at that meal… doesn’t seem correct that’s a lot
Of carb
