![]() | I just signed up and now have my menu. Looks good, but since I’m single fixing meals is always hard for me because it is difficult to buy and prepare smaller portions. So if I was to make some homemade chili could I actually eat that several days in a row so it doesn’t go to waste? Or fixing Turkey and using it in different recipes? If I do this will I risk getting too far from the diet plan? |
