Hi, Tammy, and welcome. You can substitute sweet red bell pepper and often other vegetables as well for tomatoes in the recipes – even puree cooked vegetables with seasonings instead of tomato sauce. If you would like assistance with your other health issues, please do let us know. Hopefully you are being followed by a healthcare professional for the medical side, but I would be happy to help you with the nutrition part.

Here’s a link with a list of stores that carry many of them. With some, you can shop online if they’re not located anywhere in your area.

I joined yesterday. I am Diabetic and I have a thyroid issue also neuropathy. I can not find most of these foods locally. and I have trouble with tomato based food. It seems to me that a lot of recipes have tomatoes in them. Feeling frustrated.

Hi Esmile,

Welcome!

Sharing the program is not optimal, but it can be done. To share the program, each household member will have to individually update the user profile every time they use the program, so the apps work. Remember, the Menu Planner is based on your profile’s specific parameters. We find most customers prefer having individual accounts, but you are more than welcome to share.

Best 🙂

Hi, my wife and I joined up yesterday and are motivated to use the TDC system to change our unhealthy eating lifestyle, but we can only setup one profile for either myself or my wife? How do we share the program without having to sign up twice? We do plan on eating the same menu to begin with, so we’ll just double the portion sizes, but we might want to eat differently as well, does anyone else out there face this challenge and are doing it together with their partner? Thanks, Matt.
