Hi, Padstow2013, and welcome. SWG stands for “sprouted whole grain” – you can read more about it here https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread/.
To get your menu, go to the “Snacks” tab of the Menu Planner lists, scroll to the bottom, and click on “Finish” (then your menus will appear). If the Finish button is grayed out and not responsive, it means you haven’t slected the minimum number of choices for all the food groups (when you do, you’ll see the checkmark near the title turn orange).

I joined last night and did my food choices but don’t know how to get menus. I have been to menu history but it says no menus. How do I get some menus? I also don’t seem to be able to access my downloads, when I click on my downloads I just get a list of the downloads available but not access to the actual download. A last point, what is SWG??
