I have tried the links and everything else listing the “free spreads” and still can’t find it. I’ve been through the menu ten different ways.

Congratulations on your success!

You can find the list of free spreads in your final menu plan. They are listed beneath meals that you can include spreads. You will see a plate icon and by clicking on this, you will see the Free Spreads for that dish.

I feel pretty good because I’ve lost 4 lbs. after my first week. I’m still having trouble moving around the website to find things, though. Where do I find the list of “free spreads”?
