Hi I am a sad and frustrated person.. Intolerance to foods and not allowed to exercise. Fell and broke my humerous (not a bit funny) and injured my ankle and knee. Was told I would never walk again but fortunately with special insoles and mediboots I can walk for abut 5 mins. Not allowed into gym or baths, Health and Safety hazard. Anyone any ideas for losing weight? hate food and can’t exercise.

I am 63 years old. Most of your exercises suh as the toning routine would be to hard for me. I took a class once with a clinical dietitian and therapist and they modified workouts for older people and people with limitations. Do you have anything like that for people?
