 LisaH 11 years ago | Hi Marlene, I am from Canada. I live in a small town and I am 2hrs away from any major centre. If you are comfortable with on-line shopping you can go to “Anita’s Organic Mill”. She sells swg products and spelt flour etc. Check it out. You can learn alot on her site about these products. I am new to Trim Down and so far have not found anything of great help on here. I am not sure if I can afford the expensive “raw” products required for this program. I do know they are better for you but is it really worth the cost?? I am not sure it is right for me. |
