Hi, mona09. I’m not sure I have the most updated link, so I have forwarded your query to tech support. Someone will get back to you soon.

Hi Sharon
How can I check my health information and the food choices I selected when I first created this account. I just want to make sure that I have imputed the correct information. Thanks

Hi Sharon
Error message has been fixed and I’m able add meal plan but it’s not the low carb plan. Can you please check and let me. Thank you.

Morning Sharron
Thank you

FYI…The error message for adding meal is still there.

Hi, Mona09. The degree of variety, etc. is totally up to you. When you select what works for you – leaving the “Dietary Needs” blank – just click on the plus sign in the menu area to generate a new menu. That one will be low-carbohydrate but non-keto.

Hi Sharon
I don’t see my meal plan anymore and when I try to add daily meal, it’s not letting me. Error message comes up. Please help. Thank you

Ok, I changed it to nothing. Is my menu plan going to change? And which one I should select in do I change the plan on my profile to low carb? I was looking at my profile and saw Menu Planner Variety and Menu Recipe? Which bowl and book I should select?

Hi, Mona09. In the lower right corner, just be sure nothing is checked in “Dietary Needs” – the default route is low-carb.

How do I change the plan on my profile to low carb? I was looking at my profile and saw Menu Planner Variety and Menu Recipe Amount. Which option should I select for those two?

How do I change the plan on my profile to low carb?

Hi, Mona09. I prefer the low-carbohydrate because it has a broader spectrum of nutrients, and is easier to stick with.

Thank you Sharon
Which is a better diet. Keto or Low Carbohydrate?

Ossie-Sharon 4 years ago

Hi, Mona. Yes, that’s how the calculations are made. Our keto program has three meals and a snack, whereas our regular low-carbohydrate route has three meals plus three snacks.
