The intention is for you to use regular almonds. With regard to the other items, you can find those items in health-oriented shops. ![]() | Do you not drink dairy milk or all milk? If dairy is an issue, note that there are several non-dairy milks in the menu planner. If just liquid milk is an issue, there are many other dairy products there. There are definitely many alternatives to cereal, such as the bread you found. |

![]() | I wanted to post a suggestion for those of you wanting a cost efficient way to obtain the SWG bread. Buy a breadmaker ($70-$160 and up) and here is 10lbs of the flour to make the bread at home: http://www.amazon.com/10lb-Whole-Organic-Sprouted-Flour/dp/B004GP068Q/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1357260550&sr=8-2&keywords=sprouted+whole+wheat+flour . It’s about $30 but how many loafs can that make? I bet a lot. Breadmakers are easy to use, just dump in the ingrediants and Viola! Fresh bread a few hours later. You can even add nuts, seeds, fruit, veggies, whatever you like during the “kneading” process (the machine kneads the bread for you as well, just open and dump in whatever you want [dry or semi-dry fruit/veg will probably work better]). I hope that helps some of you! |

Also, if I have a favorite breakfast can I follow that with any of the menus? Are they interchangeable of does that change the effectiveness of that day’s menu. |
