![]() | thanks sharon, for your reply. what do i substitute it for? i don’t know where to place it on my menu. is it a carb, a protein, or what excuse my lack of knowledge on the topic. i thought all beans were proteins then someone said they are carbs. |
![]() | Hi, Wendy. There’s no reason for you to give up hummus! If you have choices where you live, we do suggest to get a type with olive oil in it. |
