![]() | Thanks for the info. I will try to get more exercise in and I actually lost a pound! |
![]() | Hi, Heidi. Yes, it is common. It is your body getting used to eating normal amounts of food after being restricted. You can give your metabolism a nudge through exercise. If you are already physically active, then consider making a few changes to wake up new muscles. You can also try throwing in bursts of intense activity here and there – for example, jogging for 30 seconds every 5 minutes during a walk – and add even light weight training. |
![]() | thanks for the suggestions…is it common to gain a pound or two at the beginning? this happened to me on weight watchers and with this program. it’s discouraging |
![]() | Hi, Heidik. You can incorporate vegetables into soups (example: https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/red-root-supersoup/)and other cooked dishes (example: https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/turkey-veg/) and even baked goods (example, https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/veggie-velvet-cupcakes/). |
![]() | Does anyone have a good system for getting in all of the veggies in each day? I just finished week one and already bored with my veggies…. |
