Yes it’s a problem if you live on your own. I. Quite happy to eat the same recipes two days running or porridge every morning but meal planner seems to have difficulty with this

I have the same problem as Know How. Cooking for 2 and going over the 11 recipes for week one there are, 4 that feed 4 ,2 that feed 8,
1 that feed 10, 2 that feed 12 and 2 that feed 16. That is a lot of ingredients and a lot of left overs. I can deal with recipes that serve 4, but anymore than that is a waste, would be 2 much 2 freeze and keep track of for following weeks. Any suggestions of following the recipes to get them to serve no more than 4?

Hi, KnowHow. Absolutely! Those are great ideas.

I just signed up and now have my menu. Looks good, but since I’m single fixing meals is always hard for me because it is difficult to buy and prepare smaller portions. So if I was to make some homemade chili could I actually eat that several days in a row so it doesn’t go to waste? Or fixing Turkey and using it in different recipes? If I do this will I risk getting too far from the diet plan?
