Sugar vs. Equal vs. other artificial sweeteners

Diannasmith 11 years ago	Hi judkatty, My understanding is that if you use sweetener, Stevia is the better option. I am in UK and haven’t heard of Equal Hope this helps
judkatty 11 years ago	I have one Americano every morning and no more coffee all day. I cannot however drink it without it being sweetened. Is sugar a better pick than an artificial sweetener? Is Truvia (sp. ?) better than Equal? Thanks for any input.
