Hi, Deborah. You can find that information in the attached link – just do a regular “find” on the page, and you will locate your item https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists/. Legumes/pulses/beans are not yet on the list – note that 1/2 cup is a carbohydrate exchange, though each also contains about 7 grams of protein.
To answer your specific questions, 1/4 cup of hummus is considered an exchange, and nut butter does indeed include the butter from any nut (1 tablespoon is an exchange).

It’s a mystery to me! I have a little book that will give me the cals, fats etc and I use that sometimes when I’m switching my menu. But of course I don’t know what the original food’s value is. This is the difference between counting all the values and going by their standard menu. Hope this works for both of us!

Is there a list in any of these downloads that give you equivalents of food value. EX: Hummus how much can you eat for a serving and is it a veg? Is nut butter almond ,peanut, macadamia butter etc? organic of course? If so, where is it? I need it!
