![]() | It’s a mystery to me! I have a little book that will give me the cals, fats etc and I use that sometimes when I’m switching my menu. But of course I don’t know what the original food’s value is. This is the difference between counting all the values and going by their standard menu. Hope this works for both of us! |
![]() | Is there a list in any of these downloads that give you equivalents of food value. EX: Hummus how much can you eat for a serving and is it a veg? Is nut butter almond ,peanut, macadamia butter etc? organic of course? If so, where is it? I need it! |
