HELLO instead of Hi, we weigh in stones and lbs, we know there’s 240 ml in a ”cup” but for us it’s usually full of t?!
We shop at Waitrose, OcADO, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Liddl, maybe Aldi and COOP too, what else?
We have many foods that are not named in the options for the menuplanner…. such as cheddar or edam , feta cheese and so on. We can be from England, Scotland, Ireland or Wales?!
We have pubs and restaurants to deal with and lots of temptations , very little choice in the frozen yogurt ranges… Let’s have fun and re-shape for the better together whilst interpreting and translating this very American plan?! We can help each other find foods and try very English recipes with ingredients we can actually find in our local shops?!!! For exercise we can hike with the Ramblers or dance Scottish , do a Zumba class or swim at the local leisure centre? Ski on an artificial slope or jump on a trampoline with the kids?!
Come on join me! Let’s go on this fascinating discovery foodie and exercise journey together?
And while we get healthier and happier we’ll change our shape on the way! For the better of course.
