i have p.c.o.s and i have tried allot of diets im so suprized at how well this works for me and how much natural energy i have and im not hungry its crazy

So this is working well for you? Do you take any medication? I have to take Metformin, but I am also Diabetic. I know that I have pcps but that is not what has caused me complications. How has this helped if you don’t mind me asking.
