This is a group formed by a menopausal/post-menopausal/my-body-has-been-abducted-by-aliens/once fit, now FAT woman!! Turning 50 must have been a collossal joke of sorts, so this is a group formed for those women determined to get back their former self….not just accept that this must be how the rest of their life is going to be! Myself…I have 75 lbs. to lose, am a Christian, avoid use of profane language (though I’m telling you now…who I’ve become since turning 50 is challenging that!) Everyone’s welcome to join who have a similar mindset.
