 Deborahjjhayes 11 years ago | Right before I broke my hip I bought the Zumba program because I live in the country and it was too hard to drive into town! They are still in the box! BUT if I ever get well that’s what I’m going to do! I did jazzercize too about 4 years and bought that program too . I like to have fun while exercising! Any ideas while I’m down? |

Yes it absolutely is!! Have you already started a Zumba class?? If so how long are you dancing for?? How long have you been Zumba’ing? I always tell my clients that not all exercise is in the form of using weights or being in the gym on a treadmill. Anything that gets your heart rate up is exercise! |
