![]() | Hi all, I am still trying to get my head around all the information we are given. Can anyone suggest any other style of yogurts we can eat apart from organic Greek. Food in general are there ingredients which should be avoided. So far I have not started this diet as i only need to loose a few pounds but I have switched my white bread, pasta and rice to brown and I am combining protein with carbs. I am a fussy eater so to follow the diet plan has been difficult for me. Any other suggests would be very much apricots. |
