Those features of our program are indeed what we hope will help our Clubmembers. It may also help if you cycle the types of exercise you do, to ensure your muscles don’t become complacent and start burning less fat. Please do take advantage of our videos and articles for ideas.

I am just starting this program and am wondering if it will work for me. I am 65 and have gained 25 pounds over the past 5 years. That said, I have always eaten healthy food and exercise an hour everyday. Over that time, nothing changed in my diet or exercise program. This plan adds a lot of food to my diet everyday which is concerning. Will the food combining strategy, eating more often, and portion control will help me lose the weight? I’m not coming from a processed food-filled diet or sedentary life-style.
