Hi, HickleyL. If you can’t fit in all the food, just be sure to get in at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and 3 servings of high-calcium foods each day. Also, do try to avoid skipping major meals, especially earlier in the day when you are most active. If you find you’re cutting back in major amounts, please do repost here, as a very low calorie diet may ultimately backfire.

I just started on this program and I want to know “Can anyone really eat this much in a day?” If not, “Will it hurt if you don’t?” I really need to know because I’m extremely busy and I know I don’t have time to eat that many time…Can you help please before I get started.
