Another method that can help is “high-intensity intermittent,” meaning inserting brief bursts of high-intensity movement into a moderate session – for example, 30 seconds of jogging for every five minutes of a walk.
On another note, I suggest having your thyroid checked, as an underactive thyroid can interfere with weight loss but can be fairly easily treated.

I have only gained a pound but wished to go the other direction. I will cut the muffin and cut back every where as my stomach has shrunk and see where I am in a week. If you have any suggestions they would be appreciated
