| | I just joined today and it seems that whole grain foods are key to success on this program. I have been battleing diverticulitis for the past 6 months so I can’t eat whole grains or nuts or anythin with seeds which includes a lot of fruits and vegetables. Any advise on how to succeed with these limitations? |
