Thank you!

No, “Whole Wheat Flour” is fine. You are looking for the word “Whole”

Thank you for replying. So just to clarify, it needs to say “Whole grain whole wheat flour”, not “Whole wheat flour”?

If it says ‘Whole Grain Wheat Flour”, it’s fine. There is a difference between the two. If it just says ‘Wheat Flour’, then most likely the grain has been ‘picked apart’ or changed in someway where the grain is no longer in tact. The first ingredient listed on the ingredient label tells the story. If it’s “wheat flour” or “enriched bleached flour” (or similar), that tells you white flour was mostly used, not “whole-wheat flour.”
Always look for labels like ‘100% Whole Wheat” or ingredients that say “Whole”. Skip the ones that just say “Wheat Flour”

Hello, I have a question about whole grain bread. Most breads in the supermarket that are whole grain breads have wheat flour in them. Can anyone suggest any whole grain bread brands that do not have wheat flour in them?
