Hi, Bethybee. Lamb is generally higher in fat; though lean can be found in various places, it is simply easier to find lean beef and even pork. If you do get lucky, simply swap it out for the beef that comes up in your menu, and by all means, do post where you found it. The other South Pacificers in these forums would be grateful to know.

I am an Australian newby and have just completed my menu planner. Australians and New Zealanders eat lamb and there is none on the menu whatsoever! I am interested to know the nutritional value and kilojule comparison against beef and pork.
