Trader Joe’s has quite a selection of Sprouted Wheat Grain breads as well as the Ezekiel bread.

I got mine at the grocery store in the freezer section.Ezekial bread.

I found several brands of SWG bread at Whole Foods.
Silver Hills makes one called “The Big 16”
The Ezekiel bread is there too… in the freezer.

I went to Publix and found the bread in the freezer section. Thanks for the info.

If you are in the USA Publix had Manna bread in the freezer section.

I’m just starting this plan and have already brought my glucose levels down 40 points. However, I’m having trouble finding the ingredients for some recipes, I will check out a health food store this weekend. Where do I find SWG bread and products? I have been to 3 major grocery stores and can’t find it, and the clerks at the stores haven’t been any help.
