Hi, JSuzuki, and welcome. Yes, 2-3 hours is the general pace favored by people in this program. Have breakfast somewhere between rising and starting your morning – no pressure. If you don’t wan’t a night snack, also not a problem – just make sure to tuck any fruits, vegetables, or calcium-rich foods somewhere else in your day.

I’m new to this club. I understand the eat 6 meals a day, I’m just trying to figure out if I’m supposed to eat every 2 to 3 hours? Does it matter? And how soon am I supposed to each breakfast after I get up? Also I don’t feel comfortable about eating a snack before bed. I need a bit of guidance on this before I start.
