As you get more into this program, you’ll learn cooking techniques that will make these items healthier, and you may find that you crave them less. Give yourself time. |
![]() | I was eating 3 meals a day and not snacking much. If I did have a snack it was usually before 8PM. I find this plan makes one consumed with food, eating and planning for it as every 2-3 hrs it is time to eat something. Today is day 4 for me and I am not as hungry or weak as I was the first 3 days. But I am craving sweets and favorite high fat foods such as lasagne. |
