Hi, PANNS. Don’t fight it – if it’s too much, don’t push yourself. Try to focus on fruits, vegetables, calcium-rich foods/beverages, and proteins.

I know the importance of both eating on a schedule and eating snacks even when I am feeling full, but what should I eat (protein/carb/fat) if I can only eat a portion of the snack menu? I ate everything today except a carb portion because I literally felt sick to my stomach from eating so much.
