Thank you

Hi, mama4you. You can consider your wake-up, sleep, and work hours as though they are on the opposite side of the day (as if you start the day at 7 am), and have your meals at “usual” meal times, but pm and am instead of am and pm. Or you can have a dinner-type meal before you start your workday, and continue on, ending with breakfast as your last meal of the 24-hour cycle. Most people eating 6 meals per day are most comfortable eating every 2-1/2-3 hours or so.

I work third shift and confused about the times I should eat work from 11pm until 6am. I start my day at 7pm and usually in bed by 10am. How much time between breakfast , snacks, lunch and dinner should I wait to eat.
