Hi, sroszkowski. That’s fine. Just be sure to get in all of the fruit, vegetable, and high-calcium servings, and don’t eat too little.

Hello, I recently came off of a 21-Day Hormone Reset diet. In that diet you are discouraged from snacking so that you can truly know when your body is telling you that you’re hungry. I really liked this and I eat 3 square meals a day. Can I continue doing that on this diet? not sure why I need snacks – I have been very successful without.
