Hi, Dawniedark. If snack 2 is significantly larger or heavier than snack 3, that may make a difference.
A few other questions: has anything else changed, such as your physical activity level, salt intake, or time or number of hours that you sleep at night? Have you been changing your weight in your profile to be sure you get the right amount of food?
If all is otherwise stable and changing the relative sizes of the snacks doesn’t help, please do repost.

week two–up 2 lbs not sure what happened but I was exchanging snack 2 for snack 3 for the last 3 days
