Hi, Meezy. Your totals are approximately as follows: 225 grams carbohydrates, 78 grams of fat, and 100 grams of protein. They are divided across exchanges, which you can see by clicking on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, and comparing them to the translations here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

Thanks, I get the exchange view but is there a daily set amount for carbs, protein etc or how much of each we should have each meal so I could check/make up my own recipes. I can check the exchange list to see where they come in but I need to know how many of each is allowed. Hope I have made myself clearer this time.

Hi, Meezy. If you click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, you will see the exchanges. They relate to this list: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
As for the products, they are just suggestions for nutritional supplements based on your profile and menu choices.

On some of my meals I have Fish Oil? and IC5-Sugar level balance? do these mean anything apart from a link to view the videos? Also where do I find out how many carbs, protein etc I should have for each meal or each day. thanks
