Hi, RWVERNA94. I recommend easing into changes. Don’t try to jump in head first or try to be perfect. Take on new things gradually, and make small changes each day – they will add up. If you have any nutrition-related questions, I’m happy to help however I can.

This is my first time doing keto i want to try this for some time because of personal reasons which involves my health for so long it’s been struggling for me the past years I’ve been dealing with stress, my cravings, relationships, even my anger of course. I want your help to become a healthier and better person than i was before. But how do I do that?
