![]() | Hi, Sharron. If it is unsweetened, it is fine. If it is sweetened, the sugar could add up. Beyond that, it may be something to let your health care provider know, just in case quinine in large amounts might be an issue. |
![]() | I am one day in and would like to no if it is ok to drink diet tonic water as I do drink a lot of it. Thanks Sharron |
![]() | Hello. What do you t |
![]() | Hi, Valc2510. You need about 2 liters (or quarts) of water per day, which is about 8 glasses – however, you can get away with 7 if you’re not working out or exposed to too much heat. |
![]() | How much water do you advise me to drink each day |
![]() | Hi, aprile69, and welcome! We actually don’t encourage diet soda because most are sweetened with artificial sweeteners, which can actually work against your efforts. If you can cut back, even gradually, that could make a big difference for you. Note also that you can make your own better version – get cola flavoring extract and put it in carbonated water with a good natural sweetener (you can read about what we recommend here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2). |
![]() | Hi i just started in the club and was wondering if diet sodas are ok on the plan. I drink diet coke alot is that ok? |
![]() | Actually make that 4 cups. I make 4 cups of tea |
![]() | I pour myself 2 cups of organic detox herbal tea(using 2 tea bags) in the mornings to have with breakfast. Whatever I don’t finish before leaving the house, I pour over ice into a large travel cup and add fresh lemon slices. Throughout the day, before the cup is completely empty, I keep adding bottles of water to it. I find it easier to drink because there is always some flavor in my water. |
![]() | Hi, cjp. Coffee and tea are excellent, especially if organic and all natural. |
![]() | Hi, highlite. Yes, that’s fine. |
![]() | is the power water zero ok to drink |
![]() | What about coffee, tea? |
![]() | Hi, Dleach. Yes, it is! In the Menu Planner lists, you will see it in the “Fats” category (because that’s the closest approximation of how the body uses it), “Beverages” subcategory. A serving is 4 fluid ounces (120 ml). |
![]() | I can find out if any wine/ alcohol is ever included in this diet. |
