A little bit of weight training each day is not a bad idea. However, some people like to alternate their workout types, to give each set of muscles a day to recover – also recommended. So for example, one day you do the treadmill, the next weights.

despite my weight, when im at the gym, i do 2 min of light running for every 10 mins im on the treadmill. my prob is weight training..how often should i do weights? and further more, how do i know if im doing it right.
