Hi, chatte8ug. If you are at the beginning stage of using your own foods and switching them for healthier ones, perhaps every one or two weeks. When you are using healthy foods, you can run a new menu whenever you want or never.
Yes, the amount of food goes down with your weight, until you reach a healthy goal weight.

I know the menu’s are personalized. How often do we need to run a new one? If I lose 10 lbs/ 30 lbs? or a percentage of my weight? Will it reduce the amount of food I am eating?
