Hi, F65408C. If you find that there is too much food, you can cut back. When doing so, it is recommended that you ultimately get at least three total calcium-rich servings and 5 total fruit/vegetable servings each day.
Note that physical activity can also speed up weight loss.

I going into my third week and have only lost 1.8lbs. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with the volume of food I’m asked to eat. Sometimes I simply cannot eat all of it.
