I walk my dogs 30-40 minutes 4 days a week. The other days I work 12 hours and don’t have time to exercise.

Hi, twonurses2. On the one hand, that is a good rate of weight loss in that it is more likely to be permanent than if it came off super fast. You can give the rate somewhat of a boost with more exercise. What are you doing now in terms of physical activity?

I started on January 8th weighing 250lbs today February 12 I am 240.6lbs I only loose .5-1 per week is this good weight loss or should I exercise more.
