Hi, suszie1876. The amount of time is different for everyone, and depends on various factors – mainly history of dieting and physical activity level. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, your body requires a few weeks to get used to normal amounts of food again. You can speed up the process through exercise. In general, about 3 weeks is the amount of time before someone starts to see results.
