Hi, pcstanford. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take a couple of weeks for your body to get used to normal amounts of food again.
I suggest a couple of things:
1. Change the weight in your profile to 217 lbs so that you get a little less food.
2. Use physical activity to jump-start your metabolism. If you are already active, consider making a few changes to wake up new muscles. If you would like some guidance here, please do repost.

I have been on the program for 3 days and have gained 5 lbs. Help!
