Hi, Rachel. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it could be that your metabolism has slowed, which of course if compounded by your disability, which makes you a bit unique here, but there is definitely as solution. Have you been using the express meal plans (i.e. 21-day or 14-day readymade ones) or the Menu Planner application? Do you have any other conditions or restrictions (i.e., diabetes or pre-diabetes)?

i’m having a bit of a problem. i’m handicapped, but i can do light exercises. i’ve been following week 1 and so far i have GAINED 4.5 lbs. is this normal? i’m following it exactly. Help!!
