![]() | I’m not able to do any physical exercise due to back & feet problems I do try to walk with a walker but do not get very far that’s why I’m desperate to lose the weight it won’t solve the problem but will help. Thank you for your answer |
![]() | Hi, Denise. If you can’t finish everything, your body is probably telling you something. If you would like to cut back, that’s fine. I would recommend reducing each starchy carb serving by about a half. If that doesn’t suit you, please do repost. |
![]() | I have been on this diet 4th week I have followed the weekly menus although I couldn’t always eat it all. The first week I lost 7lbs though it said 5 lb , 2nd week the weight went back on last week lost 4lbs weighed today I’m back to were I started. Not feeling very good about what has happened |
