![]() | I suggest that once you find the menu option that fits you best, stick to it. Because by using a different option your previous food choices will no longer be saved. It seems like you found success using the Favorite Foods menu planning option, so I’d stick with this option. |
![]() | I used the Instant Menu because it wouldn’t create a new weekly menu from my Favorites Food Menu. I spent hours creating my favorites food list when I started the plan and now I have to do that all over again? On the 8-wk plan I usually just click create a new menu and it creates my week from the favorite foods I selected in the beginning. Now when I try that it gives me a blank list of foods and I have to recreate my favorites list. Again, this is the only reason I chose the Instant Menu option, which also took quite some time because there were foods on the menu that I don’t eat and don’t like. |

![]() | I am starting week five and can’t create a new menu. Does the menu option only last 4 weeks? When I try to create a new menu it takes me back to choosing all my food choices. I spent a great deal of time doing this when I started and do not want to have to do it again. I have lost 9 pounds and am excited about my progress – but this puts a huge damper on my interest in the program. Why do I have to recreate the wheel 5 weeks in? |
