I know what you mean, I’ve been vegetarian in the past and used dairy to be sure I got enough Protein. The truth is there is as much Protein in beans, lentils that sort of thing. We worry too much about Protein I think. You’ll get going again, I’m sure!!

We’re going into Week 4 and my weight is at a total standstill! I had minor surgery recently which interfered with walking, but that’s over and I should be well on my way by now. I’ve tried switching out my menus and am now looking at increasing my exercise. I’m vegetarian, so maybe I’m getting too much dairy (it always shows up dark blue and knocks the nutritional value down a point or two). Now what? RuthAnn
