To add yogurt back, simply take off the ‘x’ and add a ‘heart’ icon next to it.

Hi,

I’ve just started Week 3 and have some questions…

First, it’s telling me to eat more superfoods but isn’t telling me what superfoods are… are they already on the menu planner?

Speaking of the menu planner, for weeks 1-2 I had yogurt removed from my options. Now that I’m in week 3 the system doesn’t seem to let me add it back. Does anyone know why this is? The plan says to try new foods but… it doesn’t seem to be letting me do this.

Finally, I am having a difficult time knowing what certain food titles mean. For example… what is “Poulty, Ham, Uncured”? There are a few things like this where I am just guessing at the grocery store… getting some kind of ham or bacon or something… Is there a place on this site where they actually explain what everything is with examples? I mean, I obviously know what strawberries are, but I am having a difficult time with the more complicated titles, mostly the meats.

I’ve lost 1.8 lbs in the first 2 weeks. I am very happy about this, but wonder if I could be doing better with the answers to the above.
