Hi, jtpoff. No worries – what you can’t finish, don’t push it. It’s better that you stay in touch with your true hunger and satiety cues. What we do recommend, though, is that you get in at least 5 total fruit/vegetable servings each day, and that you get in all of the major calcium sources (such as yogurt).

There is no way I can eat this much food. I’m already discouraged.
